Recruit & onboard an early beta cohort

The ask

Bring a small set of real sellers on early to test how our enhancements improve their workflow, and capture their feedback.

Details

• Identify 2-5 willing sellers (often from R3 interviews).
• Get consent; respect privacy (no public PII).
• Onboard them to the relevant enhancement and capture structured feedback.
• Feed feedback back into the plan + the demand/recovery loop.

Acceptance (done when)

A beta cohort is onboarded and feedback is logged + reviewed.
