Compile estate-seller / liquidator list (Sacramento + surrounding)

The ask

Compile a list of estate sellers / liquidators operating in Sacramento and the surrounding areas (Roseville, Folsom, El Dorado, Elk Grove, etc.) so we have prospects for pain-point interviews and beta recruiting. Upload the list and submit for review.

Details

• Capture: company/person name, area served, source (website/EstateSales.net/Facebook/etc.), and a public contact or handle where available.
• Prioritize active, local operators; note rough size/cadence if visible.
• Dedupe; flag any that look like good early beta candidates (feeds R4).
• Use only publicly listed info — no scraping behind logins, no private data.

Acceptance (done when)

A deduped prospect list is uploaded and submitted; Paul reviews and accepts before outreach.
