Goals

Bring every current ingestion surface into the P5 one-door flow (source records→candidates→review→promotion, never direct canonical writes), with media-durability handling, and prove one live end-to-end from connection to promoted canonical item. Coordinates with S3 (connector harness) + D4 (source-import pipeline).

Implementation — what to build

Conform surfaces

  • CSV/Excel wizard, MCP trove_create_candidate, Drive/OneDrive/Photos connectors, desktop harness, buyer submissions, status/sold imports → all create source records→candidates→review→promotion; none write canonical inventory directly.

Media + idempotency

  • Durable media copy before promotion (expiring Photos baseUrl never canonical); per-source idempotency keys; harness resumability/replay.

Live e2e

  • At least one live source (CSV / harness / Drive) proves connection→run→records→candidates→seller review→promotion→canonical item→provenance→events. Dev tenants, non-sensitive data.

Secrets split (D34)

  • Per-tenant OAuth tokens / credential_refs → Supabase private schema, encrypted, service-role-only; app-level keys → Cloudflare secrets/env; no client receives either.
