Implementation — what to build

Auth (credentials server-side only)

  • Gmail OAuth (read-only) consent; tokens stored server-side in oauth_tokens (RLS service-role only) — never on device.

Parser

  • Pull subscribed sale emails (EstateSales.net/Craigslist/etc.); extract candidate addresses + dates; dedupe; cross-reference vs known sales.

UI

  • Clean visual list of recent local sales with new-vs-known addresses flagged; a promote-this nudge grants free tokens (troveTokens).

Contract

  • Feeds source_import_records -> inventory_candidates (one-door rule); never writes canonical inventory.

Acceptance / review
