Implementation — what to build

Live source

  • Surface tech debt live (move techDebt to a live source / expose via the Access-gated API), so it updates without a redeploy and relative time is real-time.

Header surface

  • Add a Tech Debt header tab + count badge (and/or a slide-out drawer) on the Live Board, mirroring the Issues pattern.

Promote / schedule

  • A "promote to sprint" action that converts a debt entry into a work item assigned to a sprint (owner + points), and drops it from the open-debt list.

Acceptance

  • Debt is viewable live + promotable into a sprint without editing JSON by hand.
